Large Weatherproof Cover for Mobility Scooters

These Heavy Duty covers are made of strong 600x300 polyester with a PVC rubber backing, and the term "heavy duty" means just that. Stout and durable, yet still easy to get on and off your scooter. These covers are very superior to the lightweight blue tarps that always get ripped and blown away in the wind.

Weatherproof vs Waterproof? - Weatherproof means it is resistant to harsh weather conditions such as UV rays from sun, precipitation, and wind. Waterproof means it is impervious to water but will break down when exposed to UV rays.

Our heavy-duty 600D polyester weatherproof cover with PVC rubber backing, is ideal for daily protection from elements. Weatherproof means this is water resistant and not waterproof, so we recommend not allowing water to pool on cover.

Note: If you use these covers while hauling your scooter in the back bed of an open truck, then you will need to lash it down securely. A couple of bungee cords may do the trick, but tie-down straps are even better. The bottom edge has a series of 1" webbing belt loops for this. What you do not want is for the cover to go flapping and flopping around in the wind as this will cause a lot of unnecessary wear & tear on the fabric.
